Shield Scraper provides tools for collecting structured data from publicly available websites. Features and limits may change during the beta.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and projects.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, as set out in that policy.

You are responsible for making sure your collection and use of data complies with applicable laws, your contractual obligations, and the policies of the websites you collect from. Shield Scraper does not warrant that any particular use is lawful or permitted.

Access during the beta is by invitation. Any fees will be agreed with you before they apply.

The service depends on third-party websites and infrastructure, so we cannot guarantee that any source will always be available or unchanged. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
